Yes, you absolutely must have a valid drivers license that will not be set to expire during your your rental period.

No! You do not need a credit card in order to rent a car. You simply need a valid drivers license, and two pieces of mail matching the mailing address on your license.

NO credit card, NO debit card, NO credit check, 2 pieces of current mail, 1 rental approval. GO drive!

Unfortunately for our cash rental program you will not be able to select the vehicle that you rent. In the off chance that we are able to provide you the specific vehicle of your choice we would love to do just that. 

Each vehicle has a 30 day max limit on availability. In that 30 day period, for the efficiency of our business we will only be offering 2 week long rentals at the moment.

We do offer full size vehicles, and SUV's as cash rentals. However, those are limited in availability, and generally will be a significant price increase.

At TANH we pride ourselves in providing a very unique experience that cant be found elsewhere. Our "3,2,1 method" also allows many renters who cant get approved at the major rental agencies to still fill a void in their transportation needs.

Acceptable items would include utility bills, phone bills, bank account statements.

Each renter is allotted 2 full hours of a grace period for return. Return time is at 2pm noon, and returns should be made no later than 4pm on any given return day. In the event of a return outside of the allowed hours, the charge will be the entirety of the security deposit.

The majority of the vehicles in our fleet are personally owned by our company. Or they are our partners personal, or company vehicles. Any vehicle seen on our TURO platform is apart of our personal fleet. Many of the vehicles that are rented through our cash program however, are authorized rental cars through a corporate structure with any one of the major agencies, allowing our company to get our customers in those same vehicles while saving you all of the hassle! And for full transparency we openly disclose ownership details the renters request!

Yes! We do offer $100 off of your rental total for each individual that is referred to us, and rents for a total of 15 days or longer (referral fees not to exceed $200 per calendar month unless specifically stated by management) Please be sure to tell your friends and family to remember who referred them!
